Eating fresh apples is always good for you, but to get the full nutritional benefits associated with eating apples you should eat at least one fresh apple every day.
Please don't eat the skin of the apple if it's coated with wax.
Please check before you eat many of the fruits. WAX is being used for
preservation purposes and then cold stored.
You might be surprised especially imported apples are more than one year
old, though it would look fresh.....
