Paris Hilton doesn't want to be single forever.

The socialite - who turns 30 next month - says approaching the milestone age is "scary" but makes her feel more ready than ever to settle down and start a family.

Paris Hilton says, "When I was younger it was all about looks, but as I've got older and become more mature, I want to find someone who can make me laugh - and who is fun, honest and sweet. I'd like to be married and settled down by the time I'm 30. I'd like four kids."

When asked whether she wanted to start making such changes in her life, Paris - who has been dating Las Vegas club mogul Cy Waits for almost a year - said: "Yeah definitely! I'd love that."

Though Paris admits it is "scary" to reach 30, she is throwing her energy into organizing birthday celebrations.

She said: "We're planning a lot of big parties around it. I'm so excited!"

Paris - who was engaged to Jason Shaw in 2002 and then to Paris Latsis in 2005 - also said she couldn't "keep track" of "rumors going around" that she is already planning to marry Cy.

This time last year Paris said she wanted to get married to her then-boyfriend Doug Reinhardt.

She said: "I wouldn't rule out a wedding in 2010. With how amazing everything is going between us, I see a very bright and happy future. He's taught me how real love can feel."

The couple split shortly after, reportedly because she was worried the 'Hills' star was using her to further his career.

Woman cures terminal diseases by… shaking hands

A woman in Vinh Phuc province in northern Vietnam is said to be able to cure incurable diseases by a very simple method.
The woman is Pham Thi Chanh in Vien Du village, Thanh Van commune, Tam Duong District, Vinh Phuc province.

Hundreds of patients from northern provinces have flocked to Chanh’s house in recent months to be cured. All of them suffer from incurable diseases, including cancer.
The woman treats her patients by a very simple method: After holding their hands for 30 second, she gives them some herbs. Taking the herbs, their diseases will disappear.

A hundred of other people told Dan Tri that they were cured by Mrs. Chanh. Rumor spread and more and more patients are flocking to Mrs. Chanh’s home.
Notably, the woman treats patients nearly for free. She only collects VND1500 ($0.075) for the herbs. Many patients said that she even gave back traveling expenses to poor patients.

Chanh told Dan Tri: “Shaking hands with patients and giving them herbs is just for fun. But these things help them recover from diseases”.

Mr. Nguyen Nhu Vinh, also from Vinh Phuc, told Dan Tri while holding a small boy that the boy was diagnosed with a tumor on his left eye when he was nine months old. The family took the boy to three hospitals in Hanoi. All doctors said that the tumor is malignant and they couldn’t help. After half of a month in a hospital, the boy couldn’t open his eyes.

Patient Phung Thi Thuy

At Chanh’s house, on December 8, a patient named Phung Thi Thuy, 32, from Vinh Phuc province, who has a giant arm, told Dan Tri newspaper about her case.
Thuy said since early 2010, her left arm has been gradually getting bigger and bigger. Doctors said that she contracted bone cancer which cannot be cured..

As the rumor about Mrs. Chanh’s odd ability was spread, local officials met with her for investigation on December 6. However, hundreds of people flocked to the local government office and claimed themselves as patients of hopeless diseases who were cured by Mrs. Chanh. They protested the local government’s ban of the woman’spractice.

Nguyen Cong Luong, Chairman of Thanh Van commune, said that the local government is very confused in this case.

Luxury Condoms

There's certainly a market for luxury cars and luxury condos. But what about luxury condoms?
A pair of self-described French aristocrats have launched a high-end condom company that aims to offer customers protection -- as well as an air of prestige.

The minds behind The Original Condom Co. say there is a demand for classier prophylactics in the same way there is a demand for luxury brands like Rolls Royce, Cartier and Dior.
"There [is] always a need for quality, good taste and beautiful objects," said vice president Count Gil de Bizemont, who co-founded the company with His Royal Highness the Prince Charles Emmanuel de Bourbon Parme after passing through the town of Condom, France.

"It is sexy to care about yourself and to want to pamper and provide yourself with the very best."

For de Bizemont, that means choosing neatly packaged prophylactics that come in a little black box instead of an ordinary foil wrapper.

"Would you be proud to have a traditional condom on your table when your mom visits you? With a nude woman on the box or something that says lubed or ribbed all over it?" he asked.

According to de Bizemont, many people judge a rubber by its cover.

"The luxurious presentation of our product removes any negative stigma associated with a woman who cares enough about herself to be sure to carry along an Original Condom box in her purse, or for a male to leave it on the nightstand without perceptions shifting about expectations, as they definitely should not nowadays," he explained.

De Bizemont says his company's condoms are far more upscale than the competition -- and it shows in the price tag.

The Original Condom comes in suede-lined black boxes purportedly "inspired by the world of jewelery," which contain three prophylactics for $13.50, or six for $20. Customers can buy refills for $2 apiece.

The company says it shares part of its earnings with nonprofits that fight HIV and AIDS, and shows its commitment to an eco-friendly business model by helping develop new forests and manufacturing its condoms on a rubber-tree plantation in an attempt to reduce carbon emissions by eliminating excess transport of raw materials.

The fancy condoms are already on sale online. In January, they'll be offered at some "higher-end retailers" and hotels, according to de Bizemont.

It appears there's nothing stopping the condom brand from growing -- if, in fact, sex does sell.
